SERUNDING - CHICKEN FLOSS

Finely selected fresh chicken slices are marinated with original recipe spices & cooked in a hot cauldron for almost 7 hours, resulting in a soft brownish & aromatic chicken fillet texture suitable for eating with porridge, lemang & various other dishes.
